I am a ski instructor and live on my own in a historical heritage house right in the city centre of Brasov, 50 meters from the Main Square and 50 meters from the Black Church. The apartment has 2 rooms so I am looking to rent out one of them which features a double bed, wardrobe, television and WiFi. Common spaces (shared just between me and my guests) include a full-fitted kitchen, hot shower room and toilet as well as a tastefully decorated staircase and entrance hallway.

About the Area
My apartment is located in the heart of medieval Brasov, only a few steps away from the Black Church and the Main Square. In a 1 km radius, there are over 100 bars, restaurants and wine shops, supermarkets and the closest bus stop is only 2 minutes away. You could not find a more central and easily accessible place in Brasov - in only 1 minute walking you are in the Main Square.

House Rules
1. As a single female I am comfortable welcoming other females under my roof: hosting single girls, heterosexual couples or lesbian couples is very much within my comfort zone. I am very open to all peoples whatever their race and nationality.
2. Dishes need to be washed after being used (we also have a dishwasher you can use).
3. Silence in the property needs to be kept between 10 p.m. and 6.30 a.m.
4. Shoes are to be left in the entrance hallway, and slippers used in the rooms. All rooms feature original parquet over 100 years old that has recently been refurbished.
5. I am an ardent fan of healthy living and welcome people who like me are into organic food, vegetarianism, environmentalism and keeping fit.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
