Modern and comfortable private rooms available in our luxurious apartment on 12th floor with a nice view over the city.
The flat is located on the main street, close to the city centre and old town. Within walking distance you will find the most important sightseeing places, restaurants and shopping mall. Public transportation station is in front of the building.
The large living room, kitchen, dining area and bathrooms will be shared.
Your stay in our apartment includes a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, high-speed wireless Internet, Smart TV with Netflix & Cable, dressing, fresh towels and linens, basic toiletry, washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, iron and other amenities.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge, dish-washer, microwaves, juicer, coffee maker, electric kettle and everything necessary for cooking and is always loaded with coffee/a selection of tea bags/sugar/salt and spices.
Clean towels and bed-sheets are provided.
You are welcome to use anything you find in the kitchen and bathrooms.
You will enjoy full privacy for the whole duration of your stay but we'll be available at all times in case you need anything. We are also available on every possible communication platform offering all the guidance and information you may need.
Public transportation station is in front of the building and tickets can be bought from the machine using cash or debit card.
Taxi station is near on the main street, available at all times.
UBER and BOLT is available in Cluj-Napoca.
You will need to pay in local currency for taxi or other cash payments.

my stay with Szilard in few words
I felt very welcomed
the room was very clean and smelled very nice
Szilard was very helpful in any thing I asked and even more he took me him self to show me around Cluj, really as he posted. And even now I'm staying in another place still he's in touch.
He is a great guy and the best place to stay in if you are a first timer in cluj.July 2017
Szilard is a nice and easy going host. His apartment is spacious and clean. I do recommend staying with Szilard. I felt like in a 5 star hotel there.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
