Beautiful Large period stone built house which features many original features. 4 bedrooms, two large doubles with TV and fridge for rent. Dinning room with TV, kitchen and family lounge. There is also a large sitting room/playroom with a TV.
Upstairs bathroom/shower and separate toilet. Downstairs toilet and shower.
Beautiful large garden to the back with 3 sitting areas It has many beautiful plants and bushes. large garden to the front great for BQ”s
Bus stop outside house taking you to Edinburgh/Glasgow . Train station less than 10 minute walk taking you to Edinburgh /Glasgow .
Beautiful residential area within the town of Bathgate. Close to Livingston where there is a large shopping centre and outlet. Cinema, sports centre etc.
Ideally I am looking for a single person who is going to stay for a month or more.

About the Area
Bathgate is a lovely town which is growing quickly. There is a small town centre, sports centre, cinema and lots of pubs, eating places and a night club. Beautiful walks up through the woods and many parks.
The train station takes you up the north of Scotland or into Edinburgh to connect you to the trains for England .
We are a short distance from Livingston which hosts many shops, restaurants, cinemas, pubs and nightclubs as well as sports centres.
The bus stop outside the house takes you from Bathgate to Livingston and Edinburgh. There is a college in Livingston and a large hospital.

I am friendly and easy to talk to and enjoy meeting people . I want you to feel at home .I am happy to collect you from airport at a much reduced price compared to a taxi.
House rules .
Please keep your room tidy. Clean bedding is available weekly. You can cook your meals but leave the kitchen as you find it, eg wash, dry and put away dishes. (Dishwasher can be used)
You can use washing machine when you need to.
No smoking or eating cooked meals in the room. Dinning room available.
Please don’t come in drunk or noisy if late at night.
Friends can visit by arrangement.
Welcome to join the family in the lounge.

Spacious, clean and lovely home.
Constance is a fabulous host. A warm, friendly greeting on arrival and every day throughout my stay.
The opportunity to use not just kitchen, but dining room and living room too. The bathroom has a gorgeous hot power shower. The bedroom has an in-room mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities and a wash basin. The Yellow room has a lovely garden view too and the house is conveniently located close to a supermarket, a park and in a beautiful area of Bathgate. Highly recommended. I’d definitely stay again.

The home and room were lovely and the location was very nice with the bus stop right outside and train station just down the road. Constance and her family were very nice, friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed my time with them very much.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
