Hi I have hosted for many years and love meeting new people from different cultures and countries. I live in a two bedroomed modern apartment on the 3rd floor, (there is a lift/elevator don't worry), about a 15 minute walk from the very heart of the city. My balcony over looks the Royal Holyrood Park and catches the sun from morning till evening.
Edinburgh is fantastic city to visit as there is so much to see and do in such a small compact area.
There is a great transport network - bus, train and plane.
Additional Info
There is a parking space at the back of the building which is on a 'first come first served' basis. The key deposit is £10 - refundable upon departure if the key is returned.

About the Area
The apartment is situated about a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre.. It is a quiet apartment but based on one of the main roads into the city.
There is a bus stop just outside the door and any LRT bus (nos 45,15,26,4,5,44) will take you to the city centre and from there you can reach anywhere in Scotland by train or bus.

Please respect my home. Keep the noise level to a minimum after 21h00. Please lock the door after leaving the apartment. Please keep the communal areas - lounge, bathroom as clean and tidy as you find them. Please help yourself to tea and coffee. Contact me if you want to arrange any meals other than breakfast.

Muy agradable la estancia, volvería con Joan con los ojos cerrados. Es encantadora, muy hospitalaria, la casa preciosa y en perfectas condiciones. Muy cerca del centro y muy bien comunicada con los medios de transporte público. No podíamos pedir más.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
