About the Homestay
We live at a garden house of a condo (3 floors incl garden with full facilities) located at the center of Singapore, district 10. It is a very nice condo with full facilities incl gym, Swimming pool, tennis and basket court as well as cafe, restaurant, supermarket, hair salon and spa inside condo. It is very convenient, 5 mins walk to MRT at farrer road, circle line. One stop away from botanic garden and Holland village with full of nice restaurants and bars. We are small family of three, Husband and Wife live together with our 13 years old son who is studying at G7 at international school. We speak both English and Chinese at home. We are nice family and also responsible. We would love to welcome you here warmly as you stay at your own home.

Our house is located at center of singapore, district 10. A very convenient place, 5 minutes to farrer road MRT, one stop away from Holland village and botanic garden and close to Dempsey hills that are full of restaurants, bars, shopping centers and banks etc. A very nice and green location

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals will incur an additional cost. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Payment: we request guest to pay 15% of total rental cost in advance to secure the booking via bank transfer (on TOP of 15% service fee pay to homestay) . The remaining balance need to be paid partly as agreed 2 days before arrival.
Cancellation: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
