Our family home is a very spacious, open plan, 2 story and free standing house. There are plenty of sliding glass doors and windows letting in natural light and gentle breezes. The ground floor has a TV lounge, a sitting lounge, a half bathroom, fully functioning kitchen and scullery, we also have plenty of dinning space. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms each with its own lock and en suite bathroom. Each room is different and has a unique style.

About the Area

Our home is perfectly central to the coastal town of Ballito. Just an 8 minute walk to our beautiful Ballito Main Beach ideal for surfing! Also a short 5 minute drive up the hill to your choice of 2 shopping Malls, The Lifestyle Center or Ballito Junction, not to mention the many business parks behind the Lifestyle Mall. The road we are situated on can be busy depending on the time of day, but it is a residential area so most motorists keep a safe speed.

House Rules

Absolutely NO smoking in doors. There are ash trays out side. Be energy efficient, for example turning lights and all other electronics off when not in the room or not using them. Leave everything better then how you found it. Food and drink stays down stairs. See that the gate is closed behind you when you leave the property. No over night friends unless owner approves. No pets unless owner approves. Noise and Music to be lowered by 11pm

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
