This 2 bedroom apartment is situated behind the main house and comprises of 1 bedroom with a double bed), 1 bathroom with shower in bath, fully equipped kitchen, and lounge with full satellite television as well as a lush little garden with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors and a separate entrance. Only on street parking is available.
The apartment is in walking distance to restaurants catering for all tastes, bars and shops, from boutiques to big supermarkets as well as 5 minutes walk from the CBD and the apartment is 10 minutes drive from Camps Bay and Clifton beaches and Table Mountain is a mere 5 minutes drive away. A light breakfast will be provided.

House Rules
- Payment of balance - The balance of the accommodation payment is required in cash upon check-in.
- Amendment Charges – In the event of you wishing to alter the details of a confirmed booking please refer to our cancellation policy below.
- Arrival and Departure times – Clients normally arrive after 14h00 and leave before 11h00. In most cases we will allow early check in and late check out if the apartment is available. Please check with us when you know your travel details.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT AT ALL TIMES.
- Please note this is a residential area and silence will be appreciated after 22h00.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
-If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival 50% of the total stay will be forfeited.
-An 8% admin fee will be charged on all refunds.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
