Private guest suite in the heart of Upper Constantia opens onto a lush garden & pool. Ensuite bedroom & adjoining living / dining room with its own kitchen, bar and a private patio which is perfect for enjoying breakfast while planning a day of wine tasting, sight-seeing, bike riding or beaching. The Guest Suite comes fully equipped with Fibre internet and Satelite TV.
The property is very secure with a guard located outside and electric fencing around the walls. The unit also has its own independent security system. Water is supplied by an independent source on the property. Constantia Village shopping centre is a 2 minute walk away and it's a 5 minute walk to the Virgin Active Gym. The Constantia Wine Route is only 2 kms from our home.
Guests have their own entrance and are welcome to share the lush green garden, outside seating area and swimming pool which make our space a tranquil escape in the leafy Constantia suburb.
Please note that guests will be sharing the house with their hosts and we offer as much or as little interaction as you would like. Each morning a light breakfast is included in your stay.

About the Area
Constantia is an affluent suburb of Cape Town, South Africa, situated about 15 kilometres south of the centre of Cape Town. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious suburbs in South Africa.
It is a region with a winemaking history that dates back to 1685 and which boasts 8 award-winning wine estates, Groot Constantia, Steenberg Vineyards, Constantia Uitsig, Klein Constantia, Buitenverwachting, Eagles Nest, Constantia Glen and Silvermist Vineyards.

House Rules
• Please make sure that the front door and gate is always locked.
• No pets are allowed unless prior arrangement.
• Please always make sure that the gas knobs are turned off on the hob when not in use.
• If anything is broken/stained, it is for the guests expense to replace/clean/repair.
• Please inform your host of any breakage/stain.
• Loss or injury arising from fixtures/contents of the house is to the risk of the guest.
• No litter in the garden/outside area.
• No pillows/cushions/blankets/towels that belong to the house are to be used outside on the lawn.
• Guests are welcome to use the garden, pool and swing at their own risk.
• If feet are dirty from being in the garden, please wipe and clean them on the floor mats before entering the suite again.
• Any damage or loss to the guest’s vehicle during their stay is at their own expense.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
