I see you are looking to stay in Cape Town, South Africa I have a single and a double room available and would love to invite you to stay at my home! My name is Rosemare Du Preez. I live in Brooklyn, Cape Town, 10min drive to one of Cape Town’s biggest shopping Malls “Canal Walk” Century City. We live 10mins from the Ocean and 10 mins to the main city CAPE TOWN. We also live 5mins to the biggest and most reliable bus route. I offer my guest 2 X bus tickets and all you have to do is load it with credits to use for the duration of your stay. Very easy to use and very convenient.
I have two bedrooms to offer to Guest that need accommodation.
MY FAMILY: My husband and myself – Lionel and Rosemare . We are very down to earth people and love hosting people. We love the outdoors and we visit restaurants and interesting places all the time. We know our country very well and would like to share with our host.
My 26 year old son – Michael, work as a Tour Guide in Cape Town and surrounding areas.
MY HOUSE: 3 Bedrooms, TV Room, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms.

About the Area
Our House is situated in the quiet area of our suburb. Everybody in that section of the road has been living there for the past 30 years and more. We are 5mins from the my city bus stop which goes to the city within 10mins. We are 15mins to the biggest shopping mall Century City. We are 17mins to nearest hospital and 5min from a fire station that assists in any emergency.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
