Our beautiful home is located in a new, fully secured apartment with upscale international-living standard and great convenience in the most desirable living area in Seoul and Bucheon: 1 minute walking distant to bus stations, 5 minutes walking distance to subway station, near around shopping malls, markets as well as coffee shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, stores....
We are located in Bucheon, the center of everything and everywhere in Seoul, South Korea. It's about 10 minutes to Mogdong Seoul and 10 minutes to Songdong Incheon. It takes 30 minutes to get to the tourist attractions in Seoul by the convenient public transportation of Seoul, and 45 minutes to Incheon Airport by airport bus 7001.
Hosts are Korean and American young couple who are able to speak English, Korean, and Chinese fluently.
Our home is a spacious 3 bedrooms/2 baths apartment on the 29th floor with large windows and the most fabulous view.
You will have your own private bathroom and shower room as well as your private, cozy bedroom. Everything is super comfortable and super clean with 5 star hotel standard!
Your room has full facilities: A/C(for summer), Floor heating system(for Winter), A luxury and comfy Queen-size leather bed, build-in closet, luxury feather or foam pillows and goose-down blanket sets, iron, hair dryer, towels, bed stand, and closet....
Simple breakfast can be western style or Korean style per guests' requests.
You are welcomed to use the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and the reading room as well.

About the Area
Bucheon is a city in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. The central location to easy access Seoul (10 minutes to Mogdong, Seoul ) and Incheon (10 minutes to Songdong, Incheon ). It takes 30 minutes to get to the usual tourist attractions of Seoul by bus or subway ( such as Myungdong, Gangnam, Namsan. ..), and 40 minutes to Incheon Airport by airport bus line 7001. My building's name is 'We've the State', which is right next to the Subway line 7, and Bucheon Police Station. The walking distance from my house to the subway station : 5 minutes; the walking distance from my house to the bus stops: 1 minute! The house is located in the most desirable living area of Seoul. And it is right next to Lotte Department Store and Hyundai Despartment Store and Homeplus Supermarket. The bus stop is right in front of my building's lobby, there are lots of bus options using this stop. This is a central location with many conveniences and entertainments. The area is full of trendy cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, traditional markets, major shopping malls as well as some nice fashion boutiques and specialist shops.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
