It is a townhouse in the Dongtan section of Hwaseong-si, South Korea. Rental is a bedroom & extras. PIctures shown are the front of the house, the kitchen, and bedroom. The kitchen is a Western style kitchen. We are fairly liberal with common areas. There is patio and a porch, smoking alarms and sprinkler system.

House Rules
Non smoker. Need to know check in and check out times. Email and phone # generally needed prior to booking. Be reasonably quiet. Payment be made to my account, but it might be easier to pay cash, so I suggest that you contact me while you are making the reservation. Insofar as our cancellation policy, we are following the general guidelines we have received from Homestay.com, but we willing to be somewhat flexible, as unexpected situations arise. Normally, if you cancel you should let us know at least 48 hours in advance. When you arrive or even before you arrive, we can give you tour of the hour, tell you about the neighborhood, and how to get to local attractions, include subway and bus transportation. The room is place is very comfortable and convenient, plus the house is fully air conditioned. However, that particular room merely is equipped with fans. We do have an even larger room in the attic, which is air conditioned, if you prefer the attic.
Because of Covid-19, we need to know in advance whether you have been vaccinated. Please let us know approximately 24 before you arrive.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
