I live in a comfortable 3 rooms apartment located in KINTEX ILSAN CITY.
Near my apartment:
There is Ilsan Lakepark, Hallyu World, Onemount shopping center, Emart Traders, KINTEX (International Exhibition Center),...etc.
You can enjoy joggin, riding bike at the Lake park.
The apartment is conveniently located just 9 minutes walk away from the subway station which has direct connection to JONGNO of Seoul.
You can get to Hongdaeap, Sinchon, Myeongdong and down town within 30 minutes. There are restaurents, shopping faccilities, nice pubs, conventional markets, public parks and Lake PARK, KINTEX nearby.
My aprtment is clean, quiet, warm and bright, in the ILSAN NEW CITY.
We have hosted guests and students from Japan, USA, Canada, Germany, Peru, Mexico, China, Malesiya, and many world wide countries(female guests friendly).
I like to meet foreigners and exchange cultures with guests.
The transportation system near my apartment is very convenient subway line, many city buses, and airport limousines.
You can access to kitchen for cooking favorite food for yourself.
It takes around 35 minutes to get to Incheon International airport from my apartment by subway train or Airport Limousine bus.
Language training students are welcome to my home.
If you stay in my home, I will do best for your staying.

Veronica and her husband are wonderful and super kind host . She took good care of your well being whether it was from a warm and cozy place, confortable bed, to a delicious breakfast, or dinner or even dirty laundry. Everything was well taking care for me. I enjoy my stay at her place very much. I highly recommended her place to anyone who travels solo and needs a secure and confortable place to stay.
She made my experience in Korea so memorable and wonderful.

In Veronica's house i am well cared for, well feed. Veronica is caring, gentle, friendly, welcoming, warm, happy, good cook and always make sure that i am confortable in her room.

Saying a few words here is just not enough to express how I feel about my homestay with Veronica. She and her husband treated me like I was their granddaughter from the moment I met them at Incheon Airport. They have welcomed me with open arms and had a beautiful brand new apartment in a lovely quieter area only 30mins away from Hongdae in Seoul. Traveling alone as a woman can be a huge decision especially when sharing someone's home but honestly it's the best decision I've ever made during my trip to South Korea. She kindly made me breakfast which was absolutely delicious and also helped me with my laundry, directing me around town, bringing me fruits to my room, understanding my privacy and personal space while still showing me so much love! I would absolutely return here on my next trip and I highly recommend this lovely couple if you're interested in spending quality time with a Korean family while practicing your language skills with them - that was the highlight of my stay! It's been an absolute joy to spend two weeks living with Ahjumma and ahjussi. They are wonderful hosts and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Overall, it has been a brilliant homestay experience, I would love to repeat in the future.

I felt comfortable in Veronica's house. The house is quiet and clean. The breakfast is so delicious ! Veronica always make sure you have eaten. The appartment is not far from sinchon with bus. Thank you ! :)

I enjoyed the homestay. The apartment was very clean and overall nice. 아줌마 and 아저씨 were very helpful in giving me directions for travel, made wonderful delicious food and helped me if i ever needed it. I hope to stay with them again in the future. Wonderful hosts, thank you.

The Homestay hosts offered impeccable hospitality! The apartment is spacious and clean as well as being very close to the subway stop. I cannot think of one fault with Aria House and would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Seoul.

Ahjussi and Ahjumma made me feel at home right away. They were so kind and I felt like part of the family throughout my entire stay. Ahjussi was always ready to give me directions, and Ahjumma's food was amazing! She served both Korean and Western breakfasts, most of the Korean breakfasts made from scratch. Singbanghwa Station is located a convenient 5-minute walk away, as is a large mall. If I come back to Korea, I hope I can stay with them again!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
