I have two daughters. As one of them has left home to study abroad, I am going to rent the empty room for foreign travelers who will be on vacation or business to Korea.
The house is in 5 story building that has been built recent year. The guest room is on 5th floor. It's size is about 15m2 with private bathroom and kitchen. The living space is exclusively used for the guest. ( Not any space or facilities shared with the host family or the other guests. The host lives on 4th floor. )
Around the house, There are Parks ( Olympic park, Lakes, Han River ), Lotte world/tower, historic heritages. I speak English, Japanese. Please feel free to ask me of any question, concern with travel and stay in my house, before you make decision of accommodation in Korea.

About the Area
My house is situated in quiet residential area. But you can find various dinning places, grocery shops and convenient shops in distance of 1~5 minutes walk from the house. Transportation is easy for you to get any direction of Seoul by subway, bus. It will take 30~40 minutes to get to central part of Seoul and some tourism attraction. If you are an active traveler, The bike will be freely available for you to travel alongside Han River as well as parks in my town.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
