Hi, I am CHUL AN, YOO from South Korea. Our home is located near HongIk Univ, Shinchon, Ewha women's Univ. Also, we can directly get to Jongro or center of the city by bus. We don't have a subway station in a walking distance, but have many buses in front of our house going to subway station or otherwhere.
I live with my parents and 1 older sister. Parents run a Chinese restaurant together at Sang Am-dong. My sister goes to work. They are quite busy people but gather on weekends.
Our house is a villa and we are on 5th floor but no elevator. So if you have a leg-related problems, it would be little bit hard to access to our home.
We have one room that has a balcony. So it would be convinient to stay by yourself without distraction.
Near our house, there is Myung-Ji Univ. in walking distance, so there are lots of places to eat foods, hang out, hair cut, cafes and desserts, etc.. Also, there is a small stream called Hong Jae- Cheon where you can jog, walk or run.
We all have interests in working out. My dad loves to play tennis, so he always plays tennis every Sunday and sometimes weekday if he has time. My mom goes to the gym every morning before she goes to the restaurant to work. My sister loves to jog outside and work out at home. We all loves to chat with each other when we have time.
We are half Chinese-Korean, so we can speak both Chinese and Korean as much as a native speaker. Even though you can speak only English or not that good at Korean, we will try to communicate with you as possible as we can because we all love to learn foreign languages and cultures.

About the Area
Our house is located near city centre. We can go to HongIk Univ., Shinchon, Ewha women's Univ. in about 20 mins by bus. Also there is a bus directly goes to Jongno , Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insa-dong , Daehak-ro.
It takes about 30-40 mins by driving from the Incheon-International Airport.
Not like otherwhere, we can't go to the subway station by walk, but have lots of buses that go to subway station quite soon.
Little bit far from Gangnam, but very close to most of northern side of Seoul including Han-river.

- Don't have a time limit, but my family members sleep very early..
- Laundry will be done seperately, and you will do your own laundry because of your privacy.
- Basic towels will be provided but if you mind, you can have your own.
- Using kitchen, Watching TV and do something in home is free.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
