Hi guys! I'm in America right now. My mom and brother are in Korea. Exactly, we live in Seoul. So you guys might be able to see me from June to August! We just moved into bigger and cleaner house. So we have a spare room for you. Actually it used to be my room, but you know I'm in America lol. The subway station and bus station is right next to my house, that means you can go somewhere comfortably. Also there is a huge park right next to my house. I bet you will like our house! My mother's job is travel agent, so she likes to meet new people and she speaks English and Japanese well. We hire a middle-aged woman that we've known for 11years. She works at our house like making dinner and cleaning. So if you want to eat your country's food, she can cook it for you. And if you want to go somewhere, whatever it is we will come with you! I can't wait to meet you guys!

About the Area
Our house is near to Gangnam and Han river. It requires only 4 minutes walking to Han river. And there are lots of mall near our house. Our house is located in the city, but it's not that crowded and noisy. There is a huge park right next to our house. There has a path and tennis court.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
