Hello, my nam is Catherine Lee. You can call me Catherine for your covenient! Well, I was born and raised in Seoul by my Korean parents, and I moved New York and studied there by pursuing a degree at New York Univeristy. I am currently studying in Yonsei Graduate school. I'm a woman and soon to graduate from Business School here. As my most of life in Seoul and expreience in Newyork, I have a pretty good idea of life here in Korea and at least 60% of my friends are non-koreans. My father lives in country side for his working so usually he comes home on and off but not a lot time.
Also, I'd love to share my home with enthusiastic and responsible ladies and will always be willing to help. My friend who is currently living with me in my complex is a univeristy student also. And my mom, she takes good care of the place and will always welcome you with a big smile. She knows how much important to protect people's privacy and has warm hearted. And it would be a good experience to live with Koerans during your life here.

About the Area
★Location is awesome!
(Line 6 and 4, MANY bus stations are near by here)
The first advantage that I can find is that my apartment is located near by Anam Subway Station.
If you want to walk, on average it took me 7 minutes from my door step to medical campus
which is absolutely less that it would take you if you are a korea university student and needed to get from the KU dormitory to the main campus (even more for the Science campus). A big mart, Department store, shops are very near by my complex.

House Rules
★You will enjoy all the amenities that come along with a whole apartment (bathroom, kitchen, laundry, tv, cable, wifi of course, etc.). Also, we do not have dormitory restrictions such as drinking inside, and, you'll never have to walk downhill and uphill every time you go to the campus for your classes.
★Free Basic furniture are here!
I will give you free big desk,chair and closet so that you have no reason to buy extra furniture for desk and closet. Desk and Closet are available. There are free.
★About the room and my complext:
Is relatively new, built by Samsung under the brand "Raemian", so that I can say it is quite "New york style and fancy" in certain ways, the apartment area is quite nice, green areas, badminton courts, parking lot and small recreational areas, etc.
My apartment is on the 5th floor, has a relatively big kitchen, two very clean bathroom, four rooms, four balconies, one living room, and one laundry room, all at your disposition. Your room is around 3x4 meters with a queen sized bed and enough space for two people.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
