We are a family made up of three people, my son Michel, his partner Natalia, they both work and me. My name is Pepi, the apartment has a perfectly complete kitchen with television, a living-dining room with comfortable sofas and a large television screen and a wonderful terrace with beautiful views and very quiet, 1 exclusive guest toilet (if desired), 1 bathroom full bathroom with shower and this would be to share only shower, 3 bedrooms only 1 bedroom is rented. Of pleasant coexistence and communication, responsible, and friendly with great experience and references in accommodation for students and teachers, especially Americans. We live in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, very close to the downtown area, the historic center, the Henares river promenade, very wooded and beautiful. The apartment is very well connected with buses, trains etc. We offer (if you wish) exquisite Spanish cuisine, cleanliness and comfort. The best thing about this house will undoubtedly be getting to know each other and we are waiting for you with great family warmth!

About the Area
We are very close to the beautiful historic center of Alcalá de Henares and only 15 minutes from the airport. There are multiple buses 1 minute from the house, it is perfectly communicated.

House Rules
Smoking is allowed in common areas and outdoor terrace, if the guest is not a smoker, smoking will only be allowed on the terrace, always with responsibility, empathy and respect for others. The laundry and ironing will be done once a week by the guest himself, in case you want me to do it, a supplement will be charged.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
