I live in Alicante, in a beautiful urbanization with gardens, swimming pool, tennis court, soccer and basketball.
We are 10 minutes from the city center and the beach, we have a bus at the door of the house.
We live in front of a Shopping Center, where you can make both food purchases, as well as clothes and complete items. There is also a gym, a Burger King and a McDonald's.
Worse, the best thing we have is a great desire to receive guests and share our home with them.

About the Area
Our house is located 10 minutes from downtown and the beach. We have a bus at the door that brings you up there. Front have a shopping center section where you can buy food, clothes and accessories, also has gym and fast food.
We also have another bus going to college.
Nearby is the football stadium Rico Perez and beautiful recreational park Monte Tossal.

Please keep our house safe and double lock the front door when you come in and out.
Pets are not allowed at home.
Please do not adjust the temperature in the house yourself. Tell me and I will be happy to upload or download it for you, according to your needs.
You are free to use the kitchen, but then please clean it.
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please.
Do not invite strangers home, if you want to bring a friend, agree with me beforehand.
Enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own.

He pasado 3 semanas en la casa de Sandra.Sandra es una persona muy acogeda,muy amable y enérgica.Su piso es espacioso,limpio, cómodo y esta a dos pasos de las supermercados.Además,el autobús pasa justo en frente del edificicio y el centro de la ciudad está
a 10 minutos.En resumen recomiendo vivemente la casa de Sandra.Host reply

Sandra was very helpful and kind.The area was also very well located.And the house had a swimming pool and a very spacious room with air cond.clean.Overall my 7 nights spent there were very pleasant. I would recommend it to anyone!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
