I live in a good sized family apartment with views overlooking one of the many parks in this traditional Almoradi Spanish village. I am on the third floor which also has a lift. The block is small, housing mainly Spanish families, it's modern, bright and fairly quiet. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a spacious living room and a good sized kitchen. A nice sized balcony leads off the living room which is ideal for having breakfast before starting the day or unwinding in the evening.

Having been a host mother for 20+ years in London, I am excited to be in a position to offer the same service here at my home in Spain. You can be guaranteed of a warm welcome. With a choice of two beaches 20 minutes drive away, beautiful country walks through the fields, back street and through orange and lemon groves, makes this a wonderful holiday to unwind from the hustle and bustle of life.

About the Area
My apartment is walking distance to the town centre of Almoradi. There you can find a variety of bars restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a large Saturday market. There is a choice of two beaches; Guardamar del Segura approximately 20 minutes drive,it is a fairly quiet beach and a favourite with Spanish families or Torrevieja beach also 20 minutes drive which appears to be a favourite with the tourists.

House Rules
There are other adults and children living in the building, it is a small building, so keeping noise to a minimum would be appreciated.
You may hear the neighbours next door or above but it's minor.
Please be aware that you may be sharing the apartment with other guests and myself.
The kitchen can be used to prepare light meals.
Payment must be made in full on arrival. Please read listing carefully as I operate a strict refund policy. If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
There is absolutely NO smoking, partying or drugs allowed on the premises.
Only booked guests are permitted to enter the premises.
The accommodation is not a rental apartment but my home. You will be renting a room in my home.

An absolute find. A wecoming hostess. A clean and well presented home. Room and services were exactly as indicated and better than I would have expected for the price I paid. Can fully recommend to other travellers.

Sandra was very helpful showing me the town of Almoradí and all of its wonders,There is a park right in front where you can hear the children playing and people getting together in the afternoon especially on the weekends . Sandra is very nice and really makes sure you enjoy your stay , I enjoyed going to the Saturday market( Every Saturday in the morning) located in the plaza where you can meet locals , get a bite to eat , buy produce,cloths .I would defintelly recommend anybody to stay with Sandra in Almoradí (Alicante) .

we went to Almoradi to stay for a short break as we have property rented out there. the town is so nice and the market on the saturday morning is great to pick up a bargain and to pick up fresh groceries and we could not have wished for a better host. not only did Sandra looked after us she even went out of her way to make our stay very comfortable and went with us to show us the town and showed us all the best restaurants and bars, and we had a wonderful time and guess what we are going back next week to stay with her again in the xmas break!!! do not even bother to look any were elsewhere cus you will not get a better price to stay and she made us so comfortable we are the best of friends now and would not stay any were else. it was like a home from home and the views are magnificent from the balcony and the property itself is nice and clean.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
