Newly renovated house situated in the historical center, in the heart of the Almedina. In your stay you will be able to enjoy the essence of a popular neighborhood in the center of the capital with all the necessary services at your disposal (shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, leisure and culture spaces, bus, etc.) and the main places of interest tourist in one step.
It is a house divided into two parts with independent entrances. The hosts, Kike, Nadia and Frida live on top and the guests, have all the apartment on the bottom floor. The rooms available for guests (maximum 4 people) are: a master bedroom with a double bed for 2 persons, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Casa Miraya we have done it little by little, with much affection and taking care of the details to the maximum, for that reason it has everything necessary to spend a wonderful day in the city of Almería. We wanted to unite the traditional structure of the oldest neighborhood of Almería with the comforts of today. The flooring, the modern furniture, the high ceilings and the light of the house give a warm, simple and quiet atmosphere that will make you spend a few pleasant days in the center of the city.

Our house is located in the neighborhood la Almedina, in the historic center in the center of the Almerian capital.
A few steps away you can find Nicolás Salmerón Park, urban bus stops, the Provincial Hospital, shops, diverse tourist points of interest such as the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, the Old Square, etc. and 20 minutes on foot you will find the intermodal station (bus and train) and Zapillo beach

House Rules
Being a house divided into two distinct parts, the guests have their total privacy as they have their main room, living room, kitchen and bathroom in the lower part while the hosts live on the upper floor of the house so We would not go down unless the guests asked us to.
The rules of home are the basic of any home, respect and silence in the hours of rest.

Enrique is nice, sociable and helpful. He has a clean, quiet place. I had a great time staying in his place.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
