Our aim was to create a home in a home. A private ground floor apartment, fully installed, who can offer each and every guest a pleasurable experience. Either for a long or short term let, guests will be charmed by this nice location, a great sea and Mountain View. Lovejoys B&B is situated just 1.5 miles from the city centre and the beach and close to all the best restaurants, bars and shopping that Altea has to offer. Our intimate guesthouse has a relaxing atmosphere and provides affordable accommodation in an excellent location. . Our homely atmosphere, full of peace and tranquillity, will daily charm our guests; we organize cooking classes or Chinese Therapy workshops for your convenience.
Entering through your private entrance you will immediately be charmed by the collection of Art Deco suitcases. The spacious living is perfect for relaxing. There is a book library for your use, a flat screen television with satellite TV and SD photo card reader, and DVD player. IPod can be connected to the music system. The kitchen is adjacent and practical for serving meals in the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The large sun terrace area offers you a designer table set, perfect for alfresco dining; the down garden is perfect for your dog to enjoy playing around. The garden is on automatic watering systems and the mood lighting will ensure for a romantic atmosphere whilst you enjoy the pretty views of the church dome and Altea old town skyline.
The bedrooms include top quality beds and white crisp cotton sheets will make sure you enjoy a restful and comfortable night’s sleep both rooms do have a sea view. The built in wardrobes provide sufficient storage for short or longer stays.
Your pets are most welcome and for a little extra fee we can provide beds and bowls for your beloved ones.

About the Area
Our house is located approx 5 miles from Altea and about 5 miles from Benidorm. We are surrounded by orange groves and located on a small way without lots of traffic.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1. A deposit is required of € 100.00 for the different remotes and keys.
2. House linen is provided, at the end of your stay please leave them in the bathroom
3. Litter is to be put at the outside front door, Use blue bags provided.
4. We offer accommodations for guests traveling with dogs, . They are welcome to accompany you anywhere in the garden, except the first floor. We provide pet beds or pet blankets at a charge of € 5.00. Guest assumes all responsibility for damages and or additional cleaning necessary. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate cats due to the common allergy of our patrol dogs
5. Lovejoys B&B is smoke free, but feel welcome to have a smoke at the terrace or in the garden.
6. Zen garden and Jacuzzi on the first floor is open by appointment only.
7. It is strictly prohibited to use the open fire due to safety regulations.
8. Parking space behind the building, car locks must be fixed at all times.
9. The gates must remain closed at all times; the site is monitored by military watchdogs.
10. An extra cleaning service can be ordered at: €25.00.

13. SAT-TV is free of charge, English free-view, French and Spanish channels.
Lovejoy B&B provides you with everything needed to have a nice stay. You are expected to leave Lovejoy B&B in as good a condition as it was given to you. Any damage caused by you to our home inside or outside of your room such as carpet stains, soiled furnishings, broken windows or appliances will be replaced or cleaned and billed to you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
