Very friendly host, very informative.
I was a little worried that the rooms didn't have locks, as travelers were coming and going.

Well, our 10 nights stay was okey. Localization was really good, near from Arc de Triomph and Station North, but sandy beach was quite far. What was the problem for us, except the fact we had to share bathroom with 6 people, lack of part of the window in bathroom which should be repaired earlier, girl who should keep clean flat the only one thing she did in our room was cleaning floor, she hasn't cleaned mirror, windows or balcony, didn't even throw the rubbish. But the biggest problem for us was lack of the lock in our room doors. We didn't know who lives next to us so we were a bit afraid about our things, as well doors to the room and balcony which was shared with another room was open all the time.
To sum up, Christian is really nice guy, flat is okey for people who won't spend there too much time. There are many small things which can be just repair and prepare better ;) The one big plus is localization, near to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and really quiet.August 2017

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
