About the Homestay
We are a cheerful young person. Always welcome guests. My accommodation is always full of guests and friends. My accommodation is better for young couples or friends. I will not deprive you of communication and at the same time do not disturb your personal space. I speak Italian and Russian, I understand Spanish.
The apartment is located in close proximity to the port, Columbus Avenue. The safest part of the old city. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 7 minutes from Rambla. Tourist center of the city. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a common kitchen, a common dining area with air conditioning and a shared bathroom with shower. Located in a building with an elevator on the first floor. Two bedrooms have windows to the street, one bedroom has a window inside the apartment, but it has a wardrobe. Other bedrooms do not have wardrobes, but there are clothes hangers. All bedrooms can accommodate two guests maximum. The apartment has wireless internet. The apartment must be kept clean, especially in the bathroom and in the kitchen, as there is no special person who will clean up you in public places.

The apartment is located in the most secure and tranquil area of the Gothic Quarter in close proximity to Vell port and Columbus Avenue. Quiet area and house. Near the park, close to the beach and to Ramla. Many places for walking. Near the metro line, public transport, beach, nightclubs, train station, park and the zoo. The beach in walking distance.

We do not provide breakfast and food. It is necessary to clean it up, especially in public places. We do not provide cleaning. Cleaning is done only when preparing the room for your arrival. You can not make noise on the stairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a hair dryer, washing machine, air conditioning in the dining area. Each room has a padlock. Always need to lock the door to the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed.
My stay in Nina home was perfect ,whole the home was clean and she was too friendly .she tried to help me and advised about Barcelona ,of course that next time I will choose her home .

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
