Hello. I'm Lucia, living with other flatmates together in this georgeus and very sunny attic with private terrace in the neighborhood of El Born. Really well located, just in front of the Parc de la Ciutadela, 10 min away from Barceloneta Beach and Las Ramblas. Also La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Passeig de Gracia and really well connected with the metro (just two block away) and a short walk from the bustling squares that make this neighborhood a favorite for everyone. You will not only get to see the touristic sites just walk away but also enjoy one of the trendiest Barcelonian neighborhoods. You can enjoy a lot of tapas bars, restaurants, original clothes stores, bookstores, schools of art, creative writing, graphic design, dance, yoga, music, and organic food stores like the Santa Caterina market with fresh fruits and vegetables. We are 2 min away walk from Arc the Triunf (train and metro station)
Our attic is on the top floor of the building, with two elevators, it has a lot of light and a lovely living room where you can relax after a long day of activities. The bigger terrace of 70 meters sq with the amazing views of all Barcelona and the most important Barcelona buildings ... yes, you can enjoy from here. We have a fully equipped kitchen, so if you prefer you can enjoy cooking your own meals. The home have two full bathrooms, one of them is for our private use. We will provide you with clean towels, linen and anything you need for your stay to be great! The flat has central heating, washing machine and dryer, oven and microwave, dishwashing, and of course WiFi Fiber Optic 600 Mg Movistar !.
We require the payment by Paypal of 50% of the reservation at least 7 days before the reservation was made + Deposit of 200 Eur in cash (to give back in check out time)

About the Area
Our attic is located where the Born (Borne) begins, where are located lots of tapas bars, restaurants, original clothes stores, bookstores, schools of art, creative writing, graphic design, dance, yoga, music, and organic food stores like The Santa Caterina market with fresh fruits and vegetables. We are 2 min walk away from Arc the Triumph (train and metro station).
I can help you with tips also from the center of Barcelona, if you want, just send me a message or whatsupp. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with our full address, so you will have no problem finding us.

There are two full bathrooms, one of them is to share with other occupants of another room, the other is used by only us.
Do not leave trash on the stairs
The access to the building at night has to take care of the silence to the neighbors. No laughter or shouts allowed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
