The apartment is located between Barceloneta and Born, is the neighborhood of La Ribera, its situation is unbeatable, next to the Port, Born, Barceloneta, Parc de la Ciutadella, Olympic Road and Beach.
Perfect to know all the history of the old town ... Cathedral, Santa Maria del Mar, Picasso Museum, Jewish Quarter, Synagogues .. And much more.
Very accessible to all types of transportation.
The room is comfortable with. The apartment is quiet, clean and tidy, I live with my son and a boy... No parties are allowed, we ask respectful people.
The kitchen is only allowed for breakfast. It has 2 bathrooms that will be shared and also the living room.

Room was as shown in picture on site; it’s a large room. Isabel is a great host and was accommodating to anything I needed. The location is great, within a 10 minute walk of everything. Nearest grocery store and coffee shop are 5 minutes walk. And plenty of choices of restaurants just as close. Apartment is 17 minute walk from aeroport bus pickup/drop (Catalunya) and several buses from there to apartment are within 4 min walk. There are two WC in apartment- one with just toilet. WiFi was good. No A/C, but fan provided. Private balcony for the room was amazing. Room is up two levels of stairs. There is a small lift. I would definitely stay again next time I’m there. Only recommendation is to add a lock on room door. No other guests in house so things felt safe not locked. But it’s a preference for many guests. Thank you Isabel for the great stay.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
