I am economist and Doctor in philosophy. Currently a researcher at the University of Barcelona.
I live permanently in this apartment alone and sometimes with my 20 year old daughter who studies professional photography. I can help my clients and give them advice in what they need, as well as a light breakfast in the mornings.
The apartment very well located, has everything you need for a pleasant holiday in the city center of Barcelona. The perfectly preserved antique furniture, the wooden floors, a large living room and the large amount of light entering make this a special place.
A spacious room with walls and wooden ceiling with a dresser and a built-in wardrobe to leave your clothes. It is ventilated by a patio and has a separate fan.
Cinemas, restaurants of all kinds, fashion stores, boutiques, fruit market, museums and universities. Carrefour is across the street. Art, the central library Catalunya. Moder art museum only 5m. Gothic less than 8m. Old Jewish àrea only 10m. Harboard 15m slow walking.
I interact with guests everything needed. You can call during your stay when needed.
I recommend walking around the neighborhood and discover all its secrets. Location is excellent, just 1 minute from the Ramblas and 2 minutes from Plaza Catalunya. All shops around and well connected. Many of the most interesting places in Barcelona are in this area. The beach is about 25m walk
The neighborhood is lovely. There are unique shops in Barcelona. The neighborhood is clean and has a lot of glamor. It has all kinds of restaurants and typical Spanish restaurants. The Gothic Quarter is only 8 m. A walk and Borne 15m. Las Ramblas just a block away is a major attraction in the city and in the Boqueria market only about 2 blocks can find all kinds of fresh vegetables, meat and fish

House Rules
It is not allowed to make noise or annoying noises especially from 10pm and before 9am. The floor of the rooms does not have good insulation and you have to take care not to stomp or use heels to preserve the rest of the neighbors of the lower floor

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
