Hi, we are leaving in Barcelona antique center in an authentic narrow street at 2 minutes walk distance from Barcelona Cathedral.
The apartment it is an antique building with no elevator. It is a very nice apartment with a lot of plants, it is very cozy and the furniture is a great mix between new and antiques one. I try to put a little bit of my style on the decoration. The beautiful room that is for rent has 2 areas; the sleeping area and the working one (if you need a desk).
You´ll share with me: the bathroom (which is just in front of your room) & the kitchen (access to the fridge, microwaves and dishes to prepare yourself cold dishes).
From this location you have easy access (by foot) at all central areas: Las Ramblas, Portal de´l Angel, El Corte Ingles, Chocolate museum, Picasso museum, Port, the Cathedral and so on.
The room is very spacious with a king size bad, a desk area (if you need to work) and a small balcony.
Shared spaces: the bathroom, the kitchen (available to prepare cold dishes) and the living during the day time.
The location is at 2 min walk distance from Cathedral, 7 min at Plaza Catalunya and 10 min to the port.
On the area we have: Santa Caterina market and also supermarket that is open until 21:00, restaurants, bars and terraces.
Also is very well communicated: metro station Jauma I on yellow Line, metro station Urquinaona on red Line.

About the Area
The location is at 2 min walk distance from Cathedral, 7 min at Plaza Catalunya, 10 min distance from Parc de Ciutadella and 15 min to the beach. Near at Urquinaona Metro station, on the red line or Juame I on the yellow line.
We have on the area: Santa Caterina market, Carrefour Market, a small market that is open until 21:30, a lots of bars, restaurants and terraces.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
It is a quiet home where we respect our neighborhoods and after 10-11 PM we not speak lowed or do noises.
The accommodation is available just for the people that lived in.
And again is very important to be respectful with the neighbors.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
