hello! I am renting a beautiful room in the center of Barcelona! The apartment is in the Santantoni area in downtown Barcelona, the room has a balcony with a very nice view of Montjuic and it is very close to all the cultural activity of the city center as well as the beaches of Barcelona city, we are very well communicated by bus and metro! We are looking for nice and calm people!

Our house is located a few minutes from three metro stations: lienea green poble sec, red line plaza españa and rocafort. in the area of santantoni is surrounded by restaurants, shopping center arenas tourist areas such as montjuic and emblematic neighborhoods such as raval and poble sec, plus metro bus stations and easy access to the beach only 25 min walk.

As we searched for an accomodation in Barcelona last month, we found Fatima's listing about a room that has a bed, a small cabinet, a small table and a small fan... besides, the room had also a small balkony... and based on that, we booked the room for a week....
But surprisingly at very short notice, only 2 days before our flight, we recieved a message from Fatima informing us that the room will not be available for us because another tenant, who rented the room the week before, had a flight delay and had to stay in the room! And she sent us the pictures of this room, which you see right now in the listing, saying that only this room is available!! This room has only a mattress (No bed as she wrote in the listing!) and the other stuff you see in the pictures.
We had no time to search for another accomodation so we took this room!! Fatima left us no choice!! As we arrived there, she explained to us somethings and what we can use in the appartment, on which we held ourselves completely!!
We noticed after few days of our stay that the other tenent was still there!! She lived in this room and went to work everyday! So the excuse, that she had a flight delay, was a lie!
And the only conclusion is that Fatima is a fraud!! She used good pictures of another room in the listing to attract people... and then at a very short notice she changed the deal and tried to rent her room!!
We wrote her after our return to Berlin to confront her with all of that, and she didn't answer our message but directly reacted by changing the listing and the pictures to what you can now see! And she wrote us a bad review telling lies about us and that week!

Habrías podido haber denegado la reserva ! Mi compañera de piso encontró que ustedes se habían comido varios de sus alimentos, y que no repusieron nada y que además dejaron basura como latas de cerveza y cigarrillos en la habitación ! Si consideras que somos un fraude porque te quedaste a comer comida que no es tuya y porque no escribiste una queja sabiendo que yo atenta a cualquier pregunta o consulta ! Nuestro piso es perfectamente tranquilo y limpio. Solo pienso que ustedes son personas que buscan pagar lo menos y abusar en lo máximo que puedan.... Unos perro flautas cualquiera ! No recomendado si no quieren a dos turistas que nunca salieron de casa y que a demás consumieron todo lo posible incluyendo alimentos que no les pertenecían !
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
