ROOM FOR RENT! (Everything included, even cleaning lady!) In a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. It faces a very green park with a small lake. It is a bright apartment and has the yellow metro just 2 blocks away (15 min to the city center like Paseo de Gracia or 20 minutes to the beach! Plus many nitbus (nocturnal buses for when the metro stops working) including one with a stop in front of the floor! It has several supermarkets nearby (one in front of the subway exit) and a "Corte Ingles" a short 10 minutes walk and The Heron city Mall (shopping, cinema, restaurants) next to it. The price of 440 is with EVERYTHING included (electricity, gas, internet, water AND Cleaning lady!). It also has a cute little terrace to have breakfast, or read a book and soak in the sunlight, or have a nice warm cup of tea in Autumn and watch the leaves fall. The floor has robot-vacuum cleaner-mop that vacuums and mops every night! And the bathroom has a bath for a relaxing night in. We would only be 2 people sharing the apartment. I am 36 years old and I work as a fashion stylist. I am looking for someone calm and nice. I'm NOT looking for someone who wants to have parties at home, but someone serious, clean and respectful who wants a nice flat and that has a good vibe and maybe cook with! :) I speak Spanish, English and Italian.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
