We want your stay to be pleasant and safe. For this we offer you a comfortable bedroom with a semi-double bed and a large closet, it has a lamp table, desk and TV. Towels and sheets are provided during the stay.
The apartment is near the Sagrada Familia; the modern art of the Sant Pau Hospital and near the Les Glories shopping center; The lively area is surrounded by many restaurants and shops for all kinds of budgets. The apartment has Wi-Fi and the building has an elevator. The neighborhood is very safe and has all the services such as Italian, Mexican, American, Thai restaurants. Different supermarkets, fruit shops, coffee shops, gyms and Library. We are located near the metro Hospital de Sant Pau or Camp del Arpa L5. 5 minutes from the L1 and L2 meters and Renfe Train Station for the Airport. Buses: D50, V23, H8, 19, 47, 117 and Nit Bus N1, N4 and N9.

House Rules
Being a family environment You can not bring a visit or parties or smoke inside the apartment. The arrival time will be from 12 noon and departure time to leave the room is at 11 am.
Payment will be made the same day of arrival.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
