It's a modern, quiet and sunny flat with a small balcony from where you can get a glimpse of the sea. The ideal place to stay and relax after an exhausting day wandering around the city.
The room I rent is an interior room, really quiet and with light. It has a queen size bed on a Japanese -style tatami, a large wardobe and a small night table. Next to the room there is a toilet that could be just for your own use.
The rest of the apartment you will share with 1 more person.
The apartment has a large dinning/Kitchen room with access to a balcony.

About the Area
The flat is surronded by nature (we have two big parks just nearby) and has a nice local vibe. In the same street you will find many small shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, everything is really handy. Also is very well connected with public transport (metro, bus, etc).
If you want to live more like locals this is your home in Barcelona, not in the city center but still pretty close to the main tourist attractions (in 20 min you will be in places such as Plaça Catalunya, Sagrada Família, Park Güell, the beach, Gracia, etc

Friendly, attentive and careful with cleaning. Renovated house with a very nice balcony. It's not the best option for hot people on the hottest days, but on mild or cold days it's an excellent option.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
