I rent two clean & cozy double rooms to 2-4 people in my apartment.
The home environment is good, healthy, calm and safe.
My apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter and many other points of interest.
20 min walk from the beach. Very well connected by public transport.
The building is renovated and has an elevator.
On the floor I live alone in the third room.
I have 2 lovely cats. They are calm and affectionate.

About the Area
El Raval is a central multicultural and bohemian neighborhood, full of shops, bars, restaurants, etc.
Near my apartment are some of the most important points of interest in Barcelona:
- La Rambla (5 min. walk)
- The Cathedral (10 min.)
- Plaza Catalunya (15 min.)
- The Picasso museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art (МАСВА), the Museum of the Sea, the National Art Museum of Catalonia (MNAC), the Center for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (СССВ), etc.
Next to my house there are several metro stops: "Liceo", "Paral-lel", "Sant Antoni" and also several bus lines.

- The kitchen can be used for breakfast and dinner.
- Please keep the common areas clean and tidy: the bathroom, kitchen and dining room (leave everything as it was).
- It is not allowed to invite other people to the apartment.
- Please respect the rest of the neighbors and do not make noise in the apartment, nor in the common areas of the building (the portal, the stairs, the elevator).
- Loss of keys for any reason = 100 euros.

Lenka is a very nice and helpful host. Excellent communication before our trip and warm welcoming during our stay. The location is very easy to access to most major attractions. The place is clean and with all you need. We had a pleasant stay.

Loved the room, clean and tidy and Lenka was friendly and helpful
She even had a cupboard and a shelf in the fridge free for me and even provided coffee

Lenka is an amazing host! She's kind, understanding, and made us feel comfortable. Her home is very welcoming and the location was perfect. She also explained us what to expect from the sorrounding area, in terms of security and tourist spots.

Lenka is an amazing host, very kind, cheerful, she has so adorable cats and atmosphere at home is very friendly. She explained us everything, met us even if because of delayed flight and troubles with busses we were later that expected. Apartament is clean, has everything that might be needed, for example Lenka helped us a lot with washing machine. Thanks a lot, it’s been a good experience and I would recommend it to my friends for sure!

Lenka is very welcoming into her lovely home. It is in a safe, close to transport and central to Catalunya Plaza 10 -15 min easy walk. Windows In room open. Lenka happy to help with ideas suggestions.

Lenka is very kind and the apartement has such a nice atmosphere. Lenka is often outside but when she is there she does here own thing often in a separated. We really loved our stay and we will recommend it to everybody :)

Hôte très accueillante et très agréable. Informations au top pour arriver sans difficulté. Chambre très propre, au calme et très bien située à Barcelone : toutes les visites sont possibles à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
