Bei Maribel, es war sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr freundlich und nette Gastgeberin.wurde jederzeit zurück kommen.
Maribel is a kind person, the bedroom is okay unfortunately toilet was not cleaned...:(
L'Hôte Maribel est une femme trés accueillante . tendre et gentil avec un bon coeur , je conseille à tout le monde de choisir cette hôte car j'ai passé un séjour formidable et je ne regretterai pas . Merci encore une fois Maribel.
Overall, it's ok but things can be better ...
Communication is important before booking.!
We could not use the blanket even though it was in the closet in our room!
Sandra continues to point out what we should do or not to do in general.!
It could be like 8:00 and without saying "good morning" she would apear at our door and tell my son not to use the blanket or at 9:00 in the morning, Sandra says we should be silent "My son is sleeping" etc ..
Sandra will understand that people do not come to concentration camps and what she will have for the type of guests in their ad. it makes it easier for her and the guests ..
I guess everyone should not be "Hosted" at Homestay.com
We felt this was a mistake and not even recommended for more than one guest ONLY.
Pay a little more but be comfortable I say.
this would be more convenient than the hotel we perceived! where you spend time with Spanish person / family and exchange sentences, experiences and maybe train their Spanish language with. Do not end up with people who once the time they talk to you are saying quiet or do not use things she rented out when she should take out her F blankets from the room to her o s v .... !!!
when we protest about it she only refers to how long she,s BEEN a HOST and everybody was satisfied with her.!
She did not even return to our email one week after we left.
In this activity, you must be a so-called "People Person" to let people in their homes and DO NOT DO IT IF YOU ARE NOT "People Person" That's all I have to say about our trip with this host.
I had to clean myself almost the entire apartment because I had children with me. for the first three days we did not see that Sandra or her son was cleaning at all. Lastly, a soup burst was available !!! 2018
Sean & Sons
The it is good on location , cheap in price ,, Baribel and her son are kind people , but ,,they cant speak engish at all , also bed and bed sheets not good , bathroom is so small , and there is bad smell it hurts my nasal sinuses ,
Acceuil chaleureux de la part de Maribel m'a permise de découvrir la ville comme si j'étais à la maison. L'appartement est situé près du métro avec tous les nécessaires autour. Je tiens à y revenir la prochaine fois !
Maribel house has a nice view and comfortable bed. It is really a good place to stay!
The house was very clean, Maribel was kind, friendly and very helpful.
She is very good and lovely , she helped us and very nice host :) we could not speak a lot because we were outside all day and come back late at night. Location is also good, very near sagra de familia and metro station is just 6 , 7 min away
This guest awarded the host 5 hearts but didn’t leave any comments.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
