Hello
I have a beedroom in eixample for 3 persons. next to Sagrada Familia, its very well located. It's at 15'to Born.
Underground is near (blue) L-5 Hospital Sant Pau (Yellow) L-4 Alfons X (purple) L-2 Sagrada Familia.
At 10'in bus to beach (Puerto Olimpico)
It's Up flat with elevator, terrace, air conditioning, on the floor "parquet", heating, with plenty of sushine all day.
The room is in perfect condition
We have a room for up to 3 people, has hot and cold air and very cozy. You can use wiffi. My house is in central Eixample in Barcelona Sagrada Familia
Pilar is 41 and likes to cook, watch movies, read, travel, learn languages, gardening, nature, fashion design, and theater. She speaks English, Spanish and Catalan

There is no better way to learn a foreign language practice in everyday situations. Your host family offers classes in their native language Spanish. One hour of class costs € 20.00. The class will be given by the host at the accommodation. Please keep the safety of our house and locked the main door when you enter and leave Please do not heat settings. Ask me and I will be delighted by Flexible hours but we must accord them yourself. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you want to invite a friend, tell me before you enjoy your stay and take care of our home as if it were your own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
