My name is Silvia and my house is 5 km from the center of Barcelona. I have room 1 Marriage available to accommodate guests, are two single beds of 90 cms each.
I must indicate that the rent of the room for one person is 40 euros and for two people would be 45 euros.
Silvia is 55. She speaks English, Italian, and Spanish and likes sports, cooking, watching movies, reading, photography, socializing, learning other languages, gardening, and nature.

Our house is perfect if you want to be in Clot - San Martí. Do not worry when you complete the booking and pay the deposit now receive an email with our full address.
Meals

Silvia is a very nice lady and looks after you well with breakfast and a warm heart.
But I must remove two hearts because there was no heating in the room where I slept. Icecold, as it was 5 - 8 degrees outside night time. I had to stay in bed in the evenings to stay warm.
So, Go here if you travel in Spring or Summer.

Siliviaは、スペイン語も英語も上手ではない私たち親切に対応した。
室内は、綺麗に清掃されている。
毎朝、希望の時間にサンドウィッチとフルーツとコーヒーを提供する。
立地は良い。サグラダファミリアへ徒歩圏内である。ありがとう◎

The interior is cleaned beautifully.

I had an amazing time in Silvia's house, she is very kind and helpful. She had many tips about the city and places to visit. The balcony in the room is lovely. Best place in a great area of Barcelona.

Silvia est une personne trés agréable et serviable qui à su malgré les problèmes de compréhension du à la langue rendre notre séjour à Barcelone très agréable en étant à nos petit soin à tout moment et en m'étant son jolie appartement à notre disposition.
Nous recommandons fortement et l’attendons à Palavas si elle est de passage en France.

Silvia es una persona muy agradable y servicial que supo a pesar de los problemas de comprensión del idioma hacer que nuestra estancia en Barcelona sea muy agradable siendo nuestro pequeño cuidado en cualquier momento y siendo su bonito departamento a nuestra disposición.
Lo recomendamos encarecidamente a Palavas si está pasando por Francia.

Il soggiorno a casa di Silvia è stato molto piacevole. Padrona di casa molto ospitale e disponibile anche per le più dettagliate informazioni riguardo soggiorno e spostamenti. Posizione ottima per visitare la città, nonché quartiere piano di negozi e localini dove potersi ristorare piacevolmente. Unico neo le dimensioni ridotte della camera, compensate eccellentemente dalla pulizia che regna in tutta la casa.

la pulizia,la gentilezza,il rispetto sono le cose che maggiormente ho apprezzato nel soggiorno a casa di Silvia;
la cameretta e' piccola ma i letti sono molto comodi...se l'obbiettivo e' quello di dormire e fare colazione(anche qui Silvia offre alimenti buoni e freschi)va benissimo!
lenzuola,servizio di asciugamani e bagno,tutto bello,pulito e profumato.
l'appartamento e' fuori dal centro,a 600 metri dalla fermata metro e un km dalla fermata del treno(che collega direttamente con l'aeroporto)
ma l'ospitalita' offerta da Silvia vale bene 4 passi in piu';
nel caso dovessi tornare a Barcellona,andro' nuovamente da Lei
