Our apartment is in a ancient building, in Poble Nous neighborhood (Barcelona) but it is rehabilitated... Also has a lift!!! Our home has 2 double bedrooms. Due to our jobs, we have no pets, but we love them. We are 10 minutes walking to the beach. We also have space to leave the bicycles and the metro is at the next corner. And we are very near of Rambla del Poble Nou, where there are so many restaurants, shops, and bars. Also, we are only 5 metro stops from the center of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya), and here is very quiet and there is no problem to parking!!! We can show you Barcelona, not only the tourist one, also the unknown one!! There are so many places to discover... and we can tell you!!! :))

About the Area
Our apartment is located on the neighborhood called Poble Nou, only 5 metro stations from the center or Barcelona, and very near to the beach, just 10 minutes walking. We have metro and bus to go to all the city. The area is very good communicated!! Also, there is no problem to parking the car or moto. And also there are 4 points to take the bicycle. In our house is possible to park inside.

Blanca was one of the most wonderful people you'll ever meet. Our stay was lovely and felt like home. She gave us many useful tips about Barcelona and places we could eat. Lovely home close to many amenities and great food. Transportation is just around the corner.

El sector es muy tranquilo y hay un par de lugares cerca ya sea para desayunar o tomar Algo en la noche. El metro está en la esquina de la casa!. Blanca fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo, en fin solo nos queda agradecer. 100% recomendadoMarch 2016
Blanca is one of the nicest people I've met in my whole life! She made me feel completely welcome in her home and made sure I was ok everyday. Her home is beautiful and really clean. It's also in a great part of town. Not too busy, but plenty to do and really close to the beach. I highly recommend staying with Blanca xxx
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
