Hello we are Juan and Maria Lluisa we live in the neighborhood of Guinardo, just off one of the biggest parks in Barcelona. 20 min from downtown, 15 of the enclosure language school Sant Pau.Nuestro floor is very quiet and cozy, has 4 bedrooms, a spacious dining room, and a small patio. We have two cats Kyra and Issis. We like hiking, cinema, cooking being with friends ..

About the Area
We live in a quiet, right next to a park with a small forest area, we have a good view of the city. We are well connected to the city center, about 20 minutes by subway and by bus about 35. The area has all the amenities, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.

House Rules
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but in the patio, until 10pm and not if it rains. .
You can't use the kitchen, we have dishes, a water heater, a microwave...
Normally the entrance is from 15h. and departure at 10 am. From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. it is not done at the entrance.
We respect the common areas and the other residents and their rest we do not make noise and showers after 11 pm.
These rules may vary according to the incidence of Covid 19.

Estuvimos muy a gusto, y nos acogieron muy bien. La habitación es interior, bastante amplia, tuvimos sitio de sobra. Por la noche descansamos muy bien.

Es war für uns sehr Familiär , freundlich und nett, allerdings waren wir fast ausschließlich zum schlafen da, auch eine sehr hilfsbereite Familie..

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
