No doy desayunos, el huésped puede utilizar la cocina siempre que lo necesite.
Se cobrara 30€ en concepto de limpieza, ademas de lo que se cobra por el alquiler.
Se cobrara 50 de seguridad, se devolverá al invitado el día de salida a la entrega de las llaves.
Se cobraran 25€ por la perdida de las llaves.

Yo vivo en la casa y puedo ayudar e informar en cualquier momento que lo necesiten.
Limpieza, buena educación para una buena convivencia, respeto por la casa y los vecinos, preguntar antes de utilizar el resto de la casa.
-No se puede fumar en el interior de la casa ni de las habitaciones,si esta permitido en la preciosa terraza.
No doy desayunos, el huésped puede utilizar la cocina siempre que lo necesite
-La cocina y los productos (aceite, agua, refrescos, alimentos) es privada, pero se puede calentar pequeñas cosas.(preguntar antes de utilizar la cocina)
-El frigorífico es privado, hay uno en la habitación a disposición del huésped.
-Después de utilizar la ducha, cocina, terraza, salón,etc agradecería que lo dejaran tan limpio como lo encontraron,la limpieza es muy importante.
-Vaciar y llevarse la basura que se genere al contenedor que hay en la calle.
-Por la perdida de la llave se cobrara 25€.
No se permite:
-Fumar dentro de la casa.
-Hacer fiestas en la habitación.
-Traer personas ajenas.
-No consumir drogas dentro de la casa

-The Kitchen and the products (oil, water, soft drinks, food) is private, but small things can be heated. (Ask before using the kitchen)
-The Fridge is private, no one in the room available to the host.
-After Use the shower, kitchen, terrace, lounge, etc grateful to be left as clean as they found, cleanliness is very important.
-Empty And take the garbage that is generated to the container that is in the street.
-for Lost key will be charged € 25.

Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Oscar, but we did met his lovely sister Rosa. Rosa was very warm and welcoming to my mother and I. She made sure that we had everything we needed and even locked up our things in a separate room when there was another couple staying there at the same time with us. The house is comfortable and eclectic. It is very close to the metro and in a GREAT part of the city! There is even a small patio on top of the house with a spectacular view of the city. This is a great place to stay!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
