Without no hesitation, location location and location are the three best atribute of my property:
1 minute walking from the Roman Wall.
2 minute walking from the Cristian Palace.
3 minutes walking from The Roman Bridge.
5 minutes walking from The Mosk-Cathedral.
6 minutes walking from The Sinagoge.
7 minutes walking from The Patios.
It is also a magnificent and enormous flat with big rooms and big windows.
My guests have acess to every thing they get in their own houses: WIFI, microwave, computer, washing machine, TV, tourist information and maps, kitchen with dinner table, sitting room....
I would like to inform to my potential guests that we are ready to offer ANDALUSIAN COOKING LESSONS here at my BNB, so if you are interested, please DON'T HESITATE TO ASK FOR OUR TWO DAYS ITINERARY.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour chez Carmen, personne tout à fait intéressante, conviviale, intelligente, serviable. Sa connaissance de l'anglais m'a permis de combler les manques de mon espagnol (c'est cette dernière langue que je souhaitais parler en priorité). Enfin l'appartement est en plein centre et rien ne manque à l'équipement de la maison.

Carmen was extremely helpful. The location was excellent. But it was a guest house rather than a homestay, with peopld coming and going.

L'Host e stata gentile e disponibile ma il suo alloggio non era ad uso esclusivo per noi in quanto convivevano altri soggetti nei locali ad uso condiviso, quali Cucina - Bagno e Libreria. Inoltre la lavatrice era a pagamento con versamento di Euro 2. Gli Utensili da Cucina erano pochi e mancavano Comodini e luce da lettura.

Everything went perfect. Mme Carmen was so nice with us. The room that we occupied was perfect. I hope I will visit here an other time. All of us where very happy with our stay. Thanks a lot to Mme Carmen.

We enjoyed every moment spent by Carmen! The accommodation is clean and tidy. Carmen is a very lovely person and she also cooks very tasty! Don´t hesitate to try her wonderful dishes. The apartment is pretty close to the railway station and only about 5 minutes from the historical city centre.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
