All rooms have a key, heating, double bed, nightstands and wardrobe, common kitchen areas (fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine and kitchenware), living room, TV and dining room. Wifi . Supply of sheets and towels, shampoo, bath gel and hair dryer.

About the Area
Our location is on a wide avenue with trees, a quiet and stately neighborhood without tall buildings, close to supermarkets, restaurants, clinics and areas to walk near the river and 7 km from the beach.
It is very well connected with Bus lines PR1, N16 and N17 that go to the airport, Bus 165 and 65 that go to Barcelona, metro L9 that goes to the airport and Barcelona and Rodalies train.

Check-in at noon. Check-out at 11am. Arrivals later than 11:00 p.m. (11:00 p.m.) are not accepted. Upon arrival you will be given the keys and a photo of your ID or Passport will be taken. Free parking near the apartment, on the street.
Due to the characteristics of the apartment, it is not suitable for children.
You can smoke on the interior terrace.
It is not allowed to invite people to the apartment, without prior notice, for your safety and mine.
Pets are not accepted.
The apartment is cleaned daily, so respect is requested, especially in the shower, leaving it clean as you found it. Utensils used in the kitchen must be washed and organized. If you must get up early, please respect other guests and try not to make noise, slam doors or speak loudly.

Clean, serviceable. No printed info about the local area, shops, restaurants etc. No wifi. Not really a "homestay" as much as a single room in a hostel. Quite impersonal but sufficient for my needs.

Gracias por tu opinión, solo decirte que la clave del Wifi estaba detrás de la puerta y además cuando viniste te lo expliqué, además de pedirte un taxi para las 5.00 am. Ya vi que ibas un poco agitada y muy nerviosa sobre todo cuando a las 5:15 am estabas aporreando mi puerta porque habias perdido tu cartera y pensabas que te la habías dejado en la habitación. Espero que la hayas encontrado. Te deseo paz y serenidad

L'hôte est merveilleuse, parle français et nous a très bien accueilli et installé ds l'appartement à côté de chez elle. La chambre était super et ont avaient accès à tout. Merci pour l'accueil. Bus en face. Près de l'aéroport.

«¡Muchas gracias a Montserrat y a su marido por su bienvenida a Barcelona! Tan pronto como llegamos, fuimos recibidos calurosamente por su marido, que inmediatamente estableció el tono adecuado para mi estancia. La habitación era perfectamente agradable y amueblada con esmero, ofreciendo todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia de lo más relajante.
Las zonas comunes estaban impecablemente limpias y bien cuidadas, lo que contribuyó en gran medida al agradable ambiente de la casa. Montserrat y su marido nos hicieron sentir como en casa, con una hospitalidad genuina y atenta.
Recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que desee descubrir Barcelona en un entorno de calidad ejemplar. No sólo encontrará un excelente confort, sino también unos anfitriones agradables y acogedores. Una estancia inolvidable, ¡gracias de nuevo por todo! Sin duda volveremos ^-^ »

What a wonderful place to stay in Barcelona! Bus and metro stations nearby, supermarket as well. The apartment itself very cosy, clean and provided everything we needed! Montserrat is very warmhearted person, very kind and responsive! Highly recommend staying at her place!

Everything was good, in the shower, toilet, the kitchen was everything you need, there was even a washing machine, thank you The only thing that was pretty stuffy at night, although there was a big fan on the ceiling, but as I understood it is not in all rooms, in any The case is Spain, and I do not know how much air conditioning would save the situation.

Very comfortable & clean accommodation. Our room had air conditioning. The lovely kitchen had everything you needed & a front load washing machine. Hairdryer & iron also. Just bring your clothes. A 5 minute walk to train & buses at the door. Quiet area. Our hostess, Montserrat was lovely. Gave us lots of points of interest to visit. Privacy & safety great. Highly recommend this stay, very reasonably priced.

Montserrat est très sympathique, appartement très propre, au calme, tout est là, bonne literie. Chaque locataire a ses clés .nous nous croisons peu en fait, seulement lors des petits déjeuners parfois. Chacun respectueux des autres. Séjour agréable à prix tres correct, il est très difficile à Barcelone de trouver un hébergement de cette qualité à ce tarif. Merci à Montserrat et sa famille pour avoir répondu à ma demande lorsque je pensais avoir oublié mon passeport dans la chambre. Excusez moi pour le temps passé à chercher. Passeport retrouvé dans ma valise à mon retour en France.
