I am living in a two storey house recently rebuild. I am living myself in the ground floor with my little cat and first floor is ready to receive guests.
I have two really nice decorated doble bethrooms availables, there is also a big commun area with a small kitchen ( microwave, toaster, washing machine and kettle and coffee pot), salón, swimming pool and patio.
In the kitchen is not allowed to cook itself, you can not cook food in hot, but you have enough utensils to prepare a good breakfast, a snack, a salad or a microwave dinner.
I am around to help if required, but otherwise will stay out of your way and respect your privacy.
-House rules:
Please keep any noise to reasonable levels, in order to respect the peace and quiet here, particularly before 10am and after 10pm.
Please turn off electric items when not in use. Electricity is expensive and we ask you please for a responsible consumer.
Guests should not drink or eat in the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is open from June to September.
Guests cannot use the swimming pool after 9:00 pm.
Smoking is only allowed in the front patio downstairs, where the swimming pool is. It is forbidden inside home.
Please do not dispose of anything down the toilet, other than the toilet paper provided (i.e.: tampons, sanitary towels... etc) use the small bins located next to the w.c.
Please inform us of what time you are leaving on your departure day so that we can arrange cleaning the space. Departure must be completed before 11a.m., unless otherwise arranged with us.

The house is located in a secondary and quiet street, away from the hustle and the lively atmosphere of the city. Less than 15 minutes walk to the beach and 25/30 minutes walking distance from the town centre of Fuengirola.
Although it is advisable to come by car since we are not living in the town center and there are no parking problems around, the urban bus stop is 250 meters away from the house and leads to the city centre and to the Miramar Shopping Centre on the outskirts of the city.
There is also a train, "stop: Los Boliches"... 12/13 minutes walk to offer us direct connection to the airport and other destinations such as Malaga, Torremolinos and Benalmadena.

I love going to walk in the moning to diferent local beaches and I do not mind to invite guest. I go even walkind or with my caravan.
We speak Enghish.

About the Area
The house is in front of the river. It is a quited area with all services you need to spend a nice days arround like supermarket, bakery, several restaurants and bars, farmacy a couple of nice an small parks.
Very near the airport and city of Málaga.
Fuengirola is a very well-connected city by plane, by train or highway, strategically located in the province of Málaga to travel around the province and take it as the basis for the entire province and part of Andalusia.
Although 250 meters of the house, there is a bus that goes to the City Center of Fuengirola (Bus No. 1) and 12/13 minutes walking we have los Boliches train stop. This train makes the journey: Malaga - Fuengirola every 20 minutes.
Fuengirola center of town is only 25/30 minutes walking distance.
Beaches are less than 15 minutes walking distance

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
