House in centre of Granada in the Jewish area (Relaejo), 10 minutes from Alhambra. Ground floor, very safe, modern, good light. Easy to park your car and I can help always. Family or couple friendly house indeed and since I live here so all what guests need from guide and a light breakfast will be provided.
We offer two rooms with two big double bed each. One room is big and other is medium with capacity to take 2 persons each. One bathroom with big kitchen full and complete to use, big fridge with washing machine, TV, Table with 6 chairs and a couch. Big patio outside to put your bicycle or smoke or even sit on a couch to relax. Strong WiFi, hot water, towels. Activities inside city or mountains of sierra nevada, full guide, maps , big walking tours or trekking and tickets for Alhambra and Flamenco all are in service as well.

About the Area
Location is in center in Jewish area and just 10 minutes from Alhambra. Easy to park your car and I can help in this always. Many great things to do in my area and Granada really...From visiting Alhambra palace to see Flamenco show close to my space..From trekking in mountain of Sierra Nevada to visit the pretty lake of Canales and both you can easy take bus just 10 minutes from the house.. Or how about having nice Spanish tapas for free with each drink or trying to eat Moorish food like Coscos and Tajin or drink Arabic tea..Sharing the non stop fun of the night life in Granada or watching the amazing sun set from San Miguel view point.
I can help also in purchasing the tickets for Alhambra palace or Flamenco show the two basic things to do in Granada with special discounts for my guests.

2)No breaking anything or damage any machine.
3)No food or drink inside rooms and no smoking inside the house.
4)Keep the house clean, take all your rubbish out when you leave and wash your plates.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
