Adriana, Alejandro, Martin and Nacho welcome you home in Granada. For you a single room with private bathroom, terrace and wifi. The house is conveniently located 2 km from Granada center, well connected by bus or a 15 minute walk. In a quiet 50 meters from the Seraglio Square Shopping Center (restaurants, bars, cinemas, etc) neighborhood.

Alexander is 52, is an architect and likes sports, movies, music, concerts, festivals, photography, socializing, travel, learn languages, television, nature, board games, and car and bike racing. Speak Spanish

About the Area
Our house is perfect for when you visit Granada. Once you confirm your reservation you will receive an email with our full address so I will not have trouble finding us.
Meals

Please keep the safety of our house and locked the front door when you enter and leave Please do not adjust the heating. Ask of me and I will happy for you Do not smoke indoors. We have a large yard and a terrace just for you, where you can do it. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you want to invite a friend, tell me before you enjoy your stay and care for our home as if it were your own.

Alejandro, Adriana and their family could not have been nicer. They made me feel so at home. Adriana is a great cook and like a second mother! Have made friends for life :)

I had a very good time with these exceptional family and his dog. I felt very well integrated. I started to learn a few words of Spanish. I thank the family for their kindness and recommend future guests to take a tour in Granada. I was very sad to leave.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
