Eager to welcome you to my house in Granada. I like learning languages and photography. I have 2 Single and 1 Double room (s) available for guests. There is no better way to learn a foreign language to practice it in everyday situations. Your host family offers classes in their native language Spanish. One hour class costs € 12.00. The class will be given by the host at the accommodation. The room rate includes the following services: regular room cleaning, dinner, laundry, and internet services at additional cost (payable directly to the host upon arrival): Pick up service: 15.00 EUR round Food: 5 00 EUR per person per night

Please keep the safety of our house and locked the front door when you enter and leave Please do not adjust the heating. Ask of me and I will happy for you not to smoke inside the house, just on the terraces If you want to use the kitchen, do it, but clean it afterwards! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you want to invite a friend, tell me before you enjoy your stay and care for our home as if it were your own.

Bon séjour passé chez Maria Teresa, d'une aide précieuse pour les conseils de transport (environ 30 min à pied pour aller au centre-ville sinon) et de visites et d'une grande gentillesse. Cependant, état de propreté de la maison moyen et hôte assez peu disponible pour échanger.

La valoración es muy injusta y demuestra una falta total de empatía y generosidad porque yo a esta persona le he dedicado una tarde entera de 5 a 10 de la noche y la he llevado a una visita guiada por la que además he pagado.Tambien la he invitado dos veces a tomar vino conmigo y charlar pero pero parece que para ella no es suficiente porque en la evaluación dice que no estaba disponible para charlar con ella y yo quiero que sepa que es el único huésped de Airbnb con quién he dedicado tiempo conversación ,dinero y disponibilidad. Su actitud es egoísta y mezquina .Yo no puedo dejar mi vida y mis hobors y miss nietos y todo para entretener la y pasarla a ella
No volvería a hospedar la en mi casa porque no se lo merece

Ottima posizione per visitare Granada, a 20 minuti di bus dal centro, possibilità di parcheggio libero in strada. Maria Teresa è stata ospitale e disponibile, la stanza con bagno pulita e in ordine. Consigliata

Ein schönes Zimmer mit Bad en suite in einer großen Wohnung, freundliche Gastgeber, Sohn Geeraard spricht auch sehr gut Deutsch. Ca. 2 km außerhalb des Zentrums, mit Bus gut zu erreichen.

J'ai été très bien accueillie par Maria Teresa. Nous étions libres de nos allers et venues. Maria Teresa nous a bien renseigné sur les moyens de transport et les visites à faire. Nous avons bien discutées ensemble. Je recommande cet hébergement.

Maria y el hijo fueron muy amables,nos indicaron como llegar en colectivos, nos dejo queda hasta tarde le agradecemos mucho! el lugar no es peligroso esta bien ubicado para ir a cualquier lugar! MUCHAS GRACIAS!
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
