The house has 100m is very large and very nice, we have a huge sunny terrace with barbecue and shower to cool off. We have Wi-fi, a desk to study, heating and air conditioning. The room is sunny outside with a 90 cm bed and a large closet. The kitchen is large and you can eat it, we have two bathrooms, one with a newly refurbished shower. It is a third lift five minutes from line 1 (av, carrilet) near the subway and commuter rail station and the Metro del Baix Llobregat. Close (10 min walk) from the Hospital de Bellvitge, near the central market and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento de l'Hospitalet, in a full of lively bars and shops ... happy to have you as a guest. Our house is very lively because my three children and two grandchildren come every weekend ... eat paella together on Sundays. Do you want to know? We do not accept bookings without profile picture. Airport transfers on request extra charge.

El precio de la habitación incluye los siguientes servicios: limpieza habitual de la habitacion en pernoctaciones que superen los 7 dias. Desayuno, lavado de la ropa semanal(no planchado) ,cambio semanal de toallas y conexión a internet. En casa solo hablamos español aunque nos esforzamos con el inglés.

Respect our home as you respect your own, we do not accept visits unless you have consulted with us before. We do not accept pets. only we accept bookings profile picture

They are really nice family I have never meet before. Room and toilet are very clean, really big with root top reflex area to enjoy sunshine, room come with reading table with electric plug, delicious homemade food, happy Father to share lot of experience to me. Definitely it is an unforgettable homestay in Aliica's home. Some day I must visit them again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
