We live in Las Rozas (Madrid) in a detached house, we are 4 in the family, Cecilia I am 53, my husband Luis Gabino 53, my daughter Palmira 21 years and occasionally we visit a friend of my daughter.
Our house has 4 floors, two lounges, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and garden. The guest room is located on the ground floor with window to the garden.
The room is double, has 12m2 with trundle, ie under the bed there is another that can be drawn.
Large storage capacity and mountain views. The bathroom is shared with the family.
The house is located in the village center of Las Rozas (Madrid) although the fence gives a natural park. We have buses every 10 minutes direct train Madrid and near to the Puerta del Sol in 15 minutes.
It has the advantage of living in a quiet area and within minutes be in the heart of Madrid.
In large surrounding shopping centers, cinemas, gyms, entertainment and sports facilities.
We are a welcoming family, we love traveling, músidca, cinema, learn about other cultures and share our home with foreigners enriches us a lot.
We pet, a dog of 5 years of small breed (German spitz)

Our house is located in the municipality of Las Rozas (Madrid), is a cozy and cosmopolitan town has large shopping centers, cinemas, gyms and parks natural, in one of the best areas of Madrid, was living very quietly and time is 15 minutes from the city center, has shuttle bus and direct vicinity to downtown very often.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
