Bright single room with garden view furnished in a single-family house 5 minutes walk from Parque Polvoranca suburban train station, in Leganés (Madrid) and bus stop 100 meters away. 20 minutes by train from the center of Madrid, to the Glorieta de Atocha in Madrid or the ATOCHA train station and 3 km from the UC3M campus.
Very well communicated.
Shared bathroom for two rooms of two students in total.
There is an exclusive kitchen for students with its own fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and cooking utensils.
All supply costs are included in the price.
We have received students from China, UK, USA and France before.
The treatment is very familiar . We have a large breed dog, very affectionate and playful.
We like music . We also do a barbecue in the garden.
A deposit by bank transfer of one month is required, which is returned to the guest at the end of their stay.
There is the possibility of reserving lunches and dinners.

About the Area
Our house is located in the town of Leganés, just 5 minutes from the train station to be in the center of Madrid in 20 minutes. It is a quiet area but it has shops, banks and all the necessary services.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
