Hello! We are a family made up of me and my two daughters, aged 17 and 13, both students. We live in a cheerful and dynamic environment, where we value learning, coexistence and new experiences. In addition, we have two adorable pets that fill our house with energy and love.
We are motivated to be a host family because we believe in the richness of cultural experiences and we want to offer a welcoming home where university students can feel at home while focusing on their studies and enjoying life in Spain.
We live near Madrid, in a quiet environment with excellent transport links: bus at the door and Renfe Cercanías very close. We also offer a single room with an en-suite bathroom located in a totally independent attic, ideal for studying and enjoying your privacy.
We love sharing activities, exploring new places and meeting people from all over the world.We look forward to meeting you and accompanying you in this exciting stage of your life. Welcome to our home!

About the Area
Our house is located in the north of the city of Pozuelo de Alarcón, just 8 km from Madrid. We have a bus stop right outside the door and the El Barrial commuter train station just 5 minutes away, which guarantees excellent communication with the capital. In the area you have all the necessary services, such as a pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants, all in a pleasant and quiet environment, perfect for living and studying comfortably.

Dana ,muy amable.La habitación muy bien. estuve 4 noches allí.Me acerco con su coche incluso al hospital Quirón Pozuelo que estaba mi hijo.El autobús 583 me dejaba en la misma puerta de la casa.Si tuviera que volver.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
