Single room with bathroom, in large flat in the neighborhood of Salvador, Canillejas district, Madrid. Very close to IFEMA trade fair and congress center and Barajas airport.
Very bright and very private. Access to the room directly from the the main entrance, without having to go through common areas. A door communicates the room with the kitchen, and another with a small private bathroom. The closet of the room is located in the main entrance.
The flat, 130m², is a 6th floor, with double orientation, North and South. It is located in an estate that borders the Quinta de los Molinos park to the west, and the park Finca de Torrearias to the east. Very close to the north are the Capricho Park and Juan Carlos I Park, making the area one of the green lungs of the city, with less pollution, less noise, and cooler temperatures in summer.
The estate also has a private club with 3 swimming pools surrounded by large expanses of lawn and trees, 4 paddle tennis courts, 2 tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, gym and multipurpose room (Not included in the price).
The flat is only inhabited by the owner, and only this room is rented.
Good connection to the city center, both by bus (Line 146 to Pza de Callao), and by underground (Suances line 5)

About the Area
We are located in an estate that borders the Quinta de los Molinos park to the west, and the park Finca de Torrearias to the east. Very close to the north are the Capricho Park and Juan Carlos I Park, making the area one of the green lungs of the city, with less pollution, less noise, and cooler temperatures in summer.
Line 5 of the underground is the fastest way to get to the city center. Suances station is 8 mn walking, and takes you to the center in less than 15 mn. The 146 bus, 3mn walk, also takes you to the center of Madrid. Bus 104, at the door of the house, takes you to IFEMA trade fair and congress center in 10 mn. The airport is at a 10mn drive

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
