Agradable y acogedora habitación en el centro de Madrid en un piso situado en el barrio madrileño de la Elipa. Vivienda bien conectada con el centro de Madrid, a tan solo 500 metros del metro de la Elipa ( línea 2) conectada directamente con Sol en tan solo 15 minutos.
La casa dispone de un baño con ducha, un salón y cocina.
El barrio dispone todas las facilidades con supermercados, correos, bancos...
Una pareja ( sin hijos) y un gato estaremos encantados de recibirte y ofrecerte sentirte como en casa.
Nice room in the neighborhood of la Elipa, located in the city centre of Madrid. Connected by metro ( line 2) directo to Sol, in only 15 minutes.

About the Area
La casa está situada en un barrio seguro, a solo 500 metros del metro. Está muy bien conectada con el centro por autobús y linea directa a Sol ( solo 15 minutos) Se puede ir andando a lugares tan míticos de Madrid como el Pirulí o El parque del Retiro. El barrio tiene todas las facilidades de supermercados, oficina de correos, bancos y tiene mucha vida con bares que reflejan muy bien la vida española.
House is located in a security district, only 500 m from the metro station. It is connected with the city centre by bus or metro ( direct line to Sol) In only 15 minutes. Walking distance to Retiro's park. The neighborhood has whole facilities with supermarkets, post office, banks and shows very well Spanish daily life

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
